Why Is Hygiene Care Important?
Our Oral Health Therapists provide oral health education, the diagnosis and treatment of gum and periodontal disease with a focus on the prevention and maintenance of these diseases. We are also able to maintain implants and effectively remove staining with our EMS Airflow technology.
We can strengthen teeth against decay and desensitise sensitive areas with fluoride varnish. We can also protect deep fissures with sealants.
Regular hygienist visits and preventive care help manage the risks of tooth decay, gum disease, and bone height loss. A healthy mouth also helps reduce the risk of other more serious health conditions.

Hygienist Appointment - Initial Visit
from $180.00 - 45-60 minutes
This visit includes a periodontal health assessment followed by a hygiene treatment. The Oral Health Therapist may discuss with you whether x-rays are needed to monitor bone height, reveal calculus deposits and/or check pockets around teeth and implants. There is no additional charge for x-rays.
Under most circumstances, your dental treatment can be completed on this visit. If further treatment is required, it will be discussed and scheduled accordingly.
Hygienist Appointment - Routine Maintenance
$160 - 30-45 minutes
Regular care helps reduce biofilm and makes your teeth and mouth feel fantastic! Biofilm buildup on teeth increases the risk of tooth decay and inflammatory gum conditions. Poor oral health has links to serious health conditions such as heart disease and dementia.
Invest in maintaining your teeth, smile and overall health. Our Oral Health Therapist will recommend a recall length suited to your needs usually between 3-12 months for a periodontal health review and regular hygiene maintenance.
Our $15.00 fluoride varnish treatment is also available should you wish to strengthen and protect teeth.
Hygienist Appointment - Extensive Treatment
$180-255 - 60-90 minutes
For clients who've missed out on care for a while, or who require periodontal treatment or maintenance. Price depends on treatments required. Please talk with our Oral Health Therapist for further information and for a package tailored to meet your needs.
Professional Cleaning For Braces
A regular professional clean can help manage plaque, bacteria levels and gum health for adolescents while braces are in place. Our EMS airflow can provide a gentle and thorough clean, perfect if braces are fitted or after they're removed.
